How do I access my account information?
Your account can be updated by either clicking your photo in the top right-hand corner or by clicking "My Account" in the left pop-out window.
What information can I update?
Your account dashboard has 4 options to choose from in the drop-down menu - Profile, Sign-in Settings, Subscriptions, and Notifications. The drop-down menu is located under "My account" at the top of the screen (see below):
Profile
You can update the following information in your account profile:
1. Personal details such as your photo, name, email address, and phone number
2. Your license and practice information including your role or title, years of licensure, years of field experience, the name of your practice, and your address.
3. What information you wish to share with your clients. You can select two options from the "Share contact information?" drop-down menu. ["Share my address and phone with my clients" or "Do not share my address and phone with my clients."]
Ensure to hit the "save changes" button to make sure all updates you have made are saved. Exiting the screen or using the "back button" without hitting "save changes" will result in a loss of your newly made changes.
Sign-in Settings
Here you can change your password.
Subscription
Here you can view your current subscription plan, and update your credit card and billing address on file.
Notifications
Here you can choose how you'd like to receive Therachat notifications. You'll be notified when your client completes an activity.
There are two drop-downs. One for phone and one for email. You can choose to turn off or turn on each individual method of notification separately.
Please keep in mind if you choose to not receive mobile or email notifications - you will not be notified when your client completes an activity.
