To be connected to your Therapist - they must invite you to the platform.
After they have input your information your Therapist will send you a link to join Therachat via email. If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your junk and spam folders.
*Please note you must open this email on your mobile app in order to be redirected to the app store*
You will be prompted to download the Therachat App (through iOS or Android) and to finish your account sign-up.
You will then be sent an email with a code to verify your email address. Enter this code to complete your sign-up.
Once this is completed - your account will be connected with your Therapist.
Your Therapist can send you another invite if you for some reason lose or do not receive yours. However, there is a 15-minute timer on resending an invitation code.
