What is a Mood Tracker?

Mood tracking is a great way to check in with yourself and notice trends in your daily emotions. 


How do I use the Mood Tracker?

You are automatically assigned the mood tracker when your Therachat account is created. You can simply select how you're feeling from your dashboard. The far left being you feel awful and the far right being you feel amazing.




Are my entries shared with my therapist?

Yes, your ratings are shared with your therapist and they can view your ratings to see if there are patterns in your mood. Please note, the mood tracker can also be used without a therapist although entries cannot be reviewed at this time.
