Help: I Forgot My Password

If you have forgotten your password please follow the below steps:

1)  Open the Therachat app on your mobile device

2) Select "Forgot password" on the sign-in page 

2) Enter your email associated with your Therachat account and select "Request Password Reset"

3) If your email address is found you will receive an email called "Therachat Reset Your Password"

• Please note if you do not receive the email your email could be (a) incorrect or; (b) the email may be in your spam or junk folders

4) Click the link in the email to reset your password

5) Enter your new password and select "Update password"

6) Your password has now been changed
