Help: I Forgot My Password

If you have forgotten your Therachat password, please complete the following steps to reset it:

1) On the sign-in page select "Forgot your password?"

2) Enter your email associated with your Therachat account and select "Request Password Reset"

3) If your email address is found you will receive an email called "Therachat Reset Your Password"

• Please note if you do not receive the email your email could be (a) incorrect or; (b) the email may be in your spam or junk folders

4) Click the link in the email to reset your password

5) Enter your new password and select "Update password"

6) Your password has now been changed
