What is the Strength & Support Map?

The Strength & Support Map is an excellent way for you and your clients to add supports, values, hobbies, and strengths for your client as a visual aid. This can be hugely beneficial when your client is going through times of crisis and needs to be able to see who they can contact, or things that make them feel positive at a glance.

How do I assign the Strenght & Support activity to my client?

You can assign the Strength & Support Map by:

1) Access your client from your dashboard or by selecting the "Clients" tab. Find your client and select "Manage".

2) Click the "Assign Activity" button or the "Actions" drop-down menu and select "Assign Activities"

Please note, that this will not work if it has already been assigned previously.

How does it work?

After the support map has been assigned - you can simply click on the activity under your clients profile and add markers to the following topics:
1. Friends, Family, Community, Connections

2. Professional Supports
3. Hobbies, Interests, Passions

4. Strengths, Attributes, Values

Priorities/Preferences

You can categorize markers in order of their priority/preference.

When adding a marker simply use the drop-down menu to choose between:

1. Tight inner circle

2. Reliable middle

3. Safe options

4. Promising backups

The further down the list you get the farther out from the center the support will be. The closest markers to the center would be who the client would contact or look to first for support.

What does "Release Form Signed" mean?

This is an easy way to keep track if you have been given permission to reach out to the contact on the client's behalf.

Can my client add markers as well?

Yes, your client can add markers as well from their mobile app. However, they cannot edit markers that you have put in yourself.
