How to Assign To-do Lists

To-do lists are an excellent way to optimize your client communication. To-do lists are a convenient tool to add tasks for your client to keep track of daily, weekly or even monthly activities. 


How do I Assign To-Dos to My Client?

1) Click on the client you wish to assign the to-do list item for

2) Select the "Actions" button in the top right-hand corner and select "Manage to-do list"


3) Here you can create the "Client to-do item" and set the due date for your client. Hit "Create to-do" to save the task.


*Please note, if you have just invited your client to Therachat and they have not signed in for the first time yet - you will be unable to assign a to-do item until they do.**


4) Your client's to-do list will show up below the assignment portion so you can review what you have already assigned.


You will also be able to see client to-do's that they have assigned themselves here as well.



At this time - To-do lists are for one-time tasks and there are not able to be set as recurring tasks.
